Director of Governance and Compliance: Harikrishnan Narasimman
Tasked with providing governance oversight, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements, and supporting operational practices. Harikrishnan Narasimman will also coordinate with legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance, establish internal audit processes, and monitor organizational risk to uphold the integrity and transparency of the foundation.
Director of International Affairs: Veena Raghavendran
Expected to develop and manage relationships with international partners, oversee global initiatives, and advocate for the foundation’s international objectives. Veena Raghavendran will lead cross-border collaborations, identify global opportunities for the foundation, and represent the organization in high-level international forums to foster a global presence.
Director of Strategy and Operations: Harish Prabu
Responsible for contributing to strategic decisions, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals. Harish Prabu will also lead internal project development, resource allocation, and performance monitoring, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Senior Director of Community Impact (Yet to be Identified)
The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will lead the nonprofit's healthcare initiatives while also contributing to major programs, including educational campaigns, environmental conservation, youth development, and other vital efforts. This role will drive impactful projects across various domains, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and promote meaningful community development.
The President has been tasked with identifying a new Board of Director by the end of February 2025. This process will involve leveraging personal contacts, job boards, and other professional forums to find the ideal candidate.
